They also provide training in the specific skills that employers are seeking in their current and future employees. The Coast busses go right to the college and participants will be given a student ID while enrolled in the class entitling them to discount but rate. There are many components that go into finding the best job for your unique needs.  The following  information will help find the best job fit for you and teach you about the ways that you can increase your job satisfaction and success in the workplace.


  Balancing Work and Family 

Juggling a job and a family is a challenge, and there will probably be times when something gets missed because you can’t be two places at once.  So what’s the solution? Everyone has different circumstances so there is no one size fits all solution.  The cost of day care are high and there will be times when your kids are sick . Having  and you need to go to work. These are just a couple of the reasons why having a good support system is imperative. Some people are lucky enough to have family help. Having a trusted family member that is willing to watch your child, or care for them when they are sick is  ideal work arrangement.  Others who are not so lucky will have to build a support system and the biggest support you will find is usually going to be other moms.  Look  for other working  moms who work different hours than you do and see if they will swop childcare time with you.  Find someone that you trust and ask if them if they would be willing to care for your child only if they were sick, then put them on the list of adults that have permission to pick your up your child e time you need but this will helpa

The following jobs are expected to increase in demand over the next few years and do not require a four year degree.

According to employment projections by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, between 2014 and 2024, healthcare industries and occupations are expected to see the fastest job growth and add the most positions of all industries.  Healthcare offers a wide variety of options for a long-lasting career.

Some healthcare jobs with great outlooks are:

Dental hygienists. To become a dental hygienist, you’ll need an associate’s degree. You can expect an annual salary of $70,210.

Medical sonographers and cardiovascular technologists and technicians, technologists. An associate’s degree is required, and you’ll earn around $60,350 annually. A job growth of 39 percent is projected through 2022.

Home Health Aides - Home health aides earn around $20,820 annually.
