CREATE A LIFE PLAN
Creating a life plan will help you feel more in control of your life and provide a clear path toward the things you want. A life plan doesn't have to be super complicated. It is really just meant to help you get a deeper understanding of yourself and what you really want out of life.
You are probably aware of your obvious likes and dislikes, but how well do you really know yourself? What makes you happy? What isn't working in your life? Can you recognize your own emotions? What would your ideal life look like and what do you need to do to get the life you want?
Self assessments can help you learn more about your interests, your personality type, your strengths weaknesses and abilities. We all have blind spots when it comes to seeing the things that block us from what we want. Knowing these things will help you decide what is realistic for you. There are many type of quizzes and assessments that you can take to help you get a deeper understanding of what really matters to you and an awareness of what could be preventing you from having the life you want. Once you have this information you can make choices based on what will move move you toward the what you want and away from what you don't want.
Next you will want to create a life map.

Once you have figured out what you want, you can use this information to create a Life Map.
A Life Map will outline the steps you need to take to get move you toward the life you want. Think of your life plan as your destination and your life map as the directions for getting there.
